Redemption Metal all started with a dream, my dream. My name is Zachary Carter (owner) and I have always worked within the trades. While working in California as a Lineman for Sacramento Municipal Utility District, the idea for this company was born. As a lineman, I worked long hours and was away from my family quite often. The money was great, but missing time with my family really started to take a toll. I have always wanted to have my own welding and fabrication shop where I would be able to use the skills that God has given me. I have always loved the design and arts industry, and when I realized I would be able to mesh my creativity and metal working together it lite the fire.

While still in California I started doing side work out of my garage. I started with little jobs mostly trailer repairs, until I got my first bigger job turning two shipping containers into welcoming centers for my local church. In November of 2022, God moved my family and I from Cameron Park, CA to Lebanon, TN. From November to July of 2023, Welding was still just my side job at this point. In July of 2023 I opened up a shop starting full time in Gallatin, TN and "Stackin Dimes LLC" was born.

Over the next few months, God really started to work on me. (I met Jesus in San Deigo, CA in 2021, while visiting a friend. I called it my "weeklong sabbatical", But really, I was trying to run away from my life which was in absolute chaos. Divorce, Loss of job, selling everything that I worked so hard for.) First, He started by changing my character, reshaping who I was. Showing me who I was in him. He showed me all things about myself that I needed to change so I would be a reflection who HE is. I am very stubborn and hardheaded, so it took a while for me to see a need to change these habits and surrender asking for His help. After a year and a half, He spoke again saying it was time to change the name of the business from "Stackin Dimes" to "Redemption Metal".  I didn't understand why He wanted me to do this for the longest time until one day it clicked. My story will be a testament for the Redemptive work that God does. Over the past year there have been many changes to the business for the better. My goal for this company is to use it to do Gods redemptive work in our nation. To share who He is and help care for His people. This became our mission statement. "Honor God with a business that highlighted people's personal talents within the trades we are specialized in".

Because we want to honor the Lord in all we do, we strive for Excellence, Integrity and Quality. Our goal and mission for the business is to provide our customers with top quality work, with a company that they can trust, all while using the talents and resources that we've been given to help build the kingdom of God here on Earth.
